Who we are

PugiList is an amateur boxing matchmaking platform for coaches, built to help clubs find eligible opponents using England Boxing criteria.

The data controller is Maxwell Cole. You can contact us at maxleecole@icloud.com.

What data we collect

When you register your interest via the form on our website, we collect:

  • Your email address
  • Your gym or club name
  • The date and time you submitted the form

We do not collect any other personal data at this stage. We do not use cookies or third-party tracking on this website.

Why we collect it

We collect this data solely to contact you when PugiList is ready for early access, and to understand demand from boxing clubs in England.

We will not use your data for any other purpose, and we will not send you unsolicited marketing.

Our lawful basis

Under UK GDPR, our lawful basis for processing your data is consent. By submitting the interest form, you are actively consenting to us storing your details and contacting you about early access to PugiList.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at maxleecole@icloud.com and we will delete your data promptly.

How long we keep your data

We will keep your data until either:

  • PugiList launches and you have had the opportunity to create an account, or
  • You request that we delete it, whichever comes first.

If PugiList does not launch, we will delete all interest registration data within 12 months of the last update to this page.

Who we share your data with

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database platform. Supabase acts as a data processor on our behalf and processes your data only as we instruct.

Supabase stores data in data centres within the European Union. You can read Supabase's privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Right to erasure — ask us to delete your data at any time
  • Right to rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Right to restrict processing — ask us to pause processing your data
  • Right to withdraw consent — withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing

To exercise any of these rights, email maxleecole@icloud.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. As long as the only personal data we hold is your interest registration, we do not anticipate significant changes before launch.
